1. Fake promises to show fake support. 2. No training at all was provided. 3. Only politics, no helping nature 4. Extra working hours like 14-16 hrs, no pay off or comp off against extra work and this happens on daily basis even on weekends and holidays, no kindness or humanity, poor work ethics, poor management, no discussion on problems, no solutions, no cleanliness 5<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Manager is busy to enjoy his salary, no interest to smoothing the process or work culture</mark>. 6. No job security only use n throw. 6. Very very toxic work culture at all. 7. Constantly change the project allocation, you will not learn anything from any project, only play a game. 8. Not supportive environment at all for my personal growth.
