Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Advanced understanding/knowledge of contract drafting;
  • In addition to the subject matter knowledge, the ability to:
  • Identify gaps in subject matter understanding by reviewing teammembers work product;
  • Develop training frameworks/programs/materials based onanalysis/identified gaps;
  • Plan and deliver training programs/workshops with minimumsupervision;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and course correctwhere required; and
  • Report on the progress and effectiveness of training programs tosenior leadership.

Working Model: Work-from-office

Shift Timings : Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts to helpcater to our clients better:

  • Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shifttiming allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will be communicatedto you during the offer discussion.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • 2. 1 to 5 years experience in ContractDrafting/Management at least 1 year of which as a trainer
  • Excellent communication, presentation, andfacilitation skills, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, and effectiveteam player
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools - specificallyPowerPoint and Excel
  • Self-starter, able to work independently withlimited supervision
  • Able to handle ambiguity and resistanceassertively without conflicts
