If I talk about audit dept it's like worst place to work.. people go in search for work life balance from this big4 but environment and work is worst than big4 and thrid class pay and compensation... entire hard earning of this lower level people goes to this top management who for name sake do work (I don't know what work they do) and put rest money in expansion..and what left for this hard working lower people like associate to manager level who do engaged with clients for 90% of time-- I'll tell you "tambura" that's it. Annual hike is 6-7% now tell me in service industry they are giving this kind of hike,shame on you. If you are planning to go from big4 to here not advisable. Planning to go from small firm to big firm don't go here because for same salary you will do big4 type work.
