1. False promises to the Clients. 2. No training was provided. 3. No job security. 4. Poor work culture. 5. Constantly change the project allocation, you will not learn anything from any project. 6. Not so supportive environment for your personal growth. If you had any difficulty and you asked your seniors or manager; they refused to help you.

If I talk about audit dept it's like worst place to work.. people go in search for work life balance from this big4 but environment and work is worst than big4 and thrid class pay and compensation... entire hard earning of this lower level people goes to this top management who for name sake do work (I don't know what work they do) and put rest money in expansion..and what left for this hard working lower people like associate to manager level who do engaged with clients for 90% of time-- I'll tell you "tambura" that's it. Annual hike is 6-7% now tell me in service industry they are giving this kind of hike,shame on you. If you are planning to go from big4 to here not advisable. Planning to go from small firm to big firm don't go here because for same salary you will do big4 type work. Now you think about name but let me tell you they don't even have name also So what left for you.. nothing....Read More

There is nothing to like about SKP Group specifically when one belongs to IT Risk and Advisory team. One does not gets to speak up their views and if one does that person is taken care of by making situations worse for the person to quit the job.

Dislikes

There is no proper training provided even to freshers or even the experienced candidate getting hired have no idea of what is the nature of job. There is no transparency and employee are not treated with respect.
