This review is only dor for Secretarial Department. Each Department has a separate work culture. Pros: 1. Work from Home granted when required. No questions asked. 2. Managers are usually helpful and supportive. However exception is always there. 3. Direct Client Interaction. Especially the Foreign ones. 4. Independent Decision Making.

Dislikes

Cons: 1. Extremely Poor Salary 2. 2-3% Increment each year 3. No Promotions usually 4. Bonus is a part of Salary which is often not granted at the end of year. 5. Lots of Internal Tracker maintenance 6. Billing and Budgeting is handled by Company Secretaries which is the worst part. 7. Repetitive monotonous work. No learning after a year.

Company is a red flag. If you are working here under market research and strategic initiatives wing , work on your own risk. The director has zero knowledge and an epitome of biasness.

Dislikes

Director and his few favourite employees whom have no industry knowlege mak your work life worse. Director is only here to satisfy his ego if you are able to satisfy it you will get increment otherwise you will be forced to resign.
