Teammates are good. But senior managers are politicians who came there by mistake. Due to these persons there is no job security and maruti is also not taking care of their employees. There is no any growth and appraisal in last 3 years. I left job before last 4 months and they are using my MSPIN as working employee. All was ok but the sales manager was very much arrogant and battmiz...he don't know how to speak with female staff...if he will remains in the company then no female will survive... strict action should be taken...all the things depends on his mood..he do not value any individual..also there was no on job training for freshers..whenI asked him for the training he start asking me silly questions..such type of people are not good for company..atleast hire some good people who can respect others....Read More
