I loved the quality of customers arriving at NEXA. The kind of interaction we had while the process was great.

It all depends on dealership. Because when you give your Best, the company should care about your efforts. But the dealership I was working for, was not good. I am a sales enthusiast and I am dedicated to sell whatever I am supposed to. I was the Best performer being a Junior. I was new but still I was the Best. But the dealership didn't care at all. So I resigned.

Teammates are good. But senior managers are politicians who came there by mistake. Due to these persons there is no job security and maruti is also not taking care of their employees. There is no any growth and appraisal in last 3 years. I left job before last 4 months and they are using my MSPIN as working employee. Its so strangeand i inow maruti Suzuki will not going to take any step/action with that system and insecurity of jobs and all....Read More
