Whole working experience with nexa is amazing but in the future there less growth were actual need

Incentives !! Once they great incentives but rather nexa got fame they decrease incentives which effective ultimately

I loved the quality of customers arriving at NEXA. The kind of interaction we had while the process was great.

Dislikes

It all depends on dealership. Because when you give your Best, the company should care about your efforts. But the dealership I was working for, was not good. I am a sales enthusiast and I am dedicated to sell whatever I am supposed to. I was the Best performer being a Junior. I was new but still I was the Best. But the dealership didn't care at all. So I resigned.

My dealership was the best dealership in India. I think that the Maruti Suzuki is in my blood. Love with Maruti Suzuki and its products. Our MD is the best owner who loves their employees. But....

Teammates are good. But senior managers are politicians who came there by mistake. Due to these persons there is no job security and maruti is also not taking care of their employees. There is no any growth and appraisal in last 3 years. I left job before last 4 months and they are using my MSPIN as working employee. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
