The dealers are well equipped, the cars are of latest technologies, the company HO is fantastic & lots of diversity candidates working in the company.

The higher management is becoming pathetic day by day. Lots of direct business parameters are included in our service profile. Day by day company's vision is shifting from customer centric to purely business centric. No concrete policy available to rely on. Employees are judged not on the basis of talent or output, they judge on personal behavior likings. Company is doing huge LAY OFF, so job security has become a terror. Alll employees are overloaded there, u have to work on late hours daily n even on Saturday and Sunday. Manager doesn't allow to take leave, whether u have sufficient leave balance then also they will force u to work on leave days too.

The plant is situated 45 km away from the city of Vadodara. HALOL is not an urban setting. Most employees have to travel a minimum of 2 hours everyday. The company doesn’t consider this and always expects employees to put in extra hours. Almost all managers are two faced, pro at dumping blame on subordinates.
