NEXA in itself is good. I worked under Poddar NEXA Guwahati. They divide the salary among 2 persons maintaining all good in papers. Culture of maruti is not applicable here. They follow their own ways. But it was a pleasure to be a part of MSIL. MSIL have wonderful training which taught me a lot.

Dislikes

Job under dealership. Delearship doesn't follow all MSIL rules

Very friendly and enthusiastic teammates, excellent formal training support, good career growth based on performance, on time salary with appraisal from time to time, offshore travel opportunity based on all round performance, no politics, excellent working environment (solely professional).

My work is to build good rapport with the existing clients to get further referrals from them. To organise events to generate fresh enquiries and thereby regorously follow them up to close the case. Generate enquiries from cold callings.

Job security is negative and no company policies or anything. Management will fire if not able to perform in a month.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
