i joined here with 1 year experience..never had to follow up for anything, company ensures everything is on time. just received my bonus before time, i am happy

during product release i had to work for 12 hours for almost a week for 7 days, that week was tough ...other wise no complain

Nothing. Basically the company is scam. They do not have office. The founder has registered his own residential address as office. They send employees to their client location. There are only two HR and PF department is being handled by an individual lawyer who works as a freelance for NewAgeIt technologies

Salary is never on time. Also there is no guarantee that you would get the salary. Also they have not paid annual bonus. They have deduction named Others of which they give no explaination. HR sakshi is difficult to reach. basically she ignores your calls. Reads messages on whatsapp but never replies back. There is no leave encashmenet policy and only 12 leaves in a year. Founder Priyanshu is another jerk. Be aware and do not join this company. They have eaten 3 of my colleagues and my annual appraisal and bonus. The HR does all the communication on whatsapp. No formal mails & JD shared during interview call. The Interviewer is extremely rude and arrogant. He asks incomplete and irrevant questions to our prior experiences and when asked about what exactly is expected from candidate, he just laughs arrogantly. Pure waste of time. Do not waste time upon approached from this company.

1. Its interesting at the beginning as one can learn the new technologies esp for testing by themselves, with some minor guidance from the manager. Pl note that the company owner/founder is the only manager in the company. Once some practice is done, a fresher can also be given a project without any proper KT from the manager. 1. The manager gets new projects and clients based on some superficial ideas and by pitching low compensations. Although from a tech background, the manager is not clear about the requirements of the projects that he appoints freshers (who by chance do get employed in the company) on. This causes a lot of clashes between the client company and the employees of NewAgeIT. 2. The manager can not guide employees. He doesn't listen to the employees who seek his guidance. He doesn't know any better about: (i) the problem faced in the project, and (ii) the possible solutions that can be used for the problems. 3. There is a very common use of derogatory and borderline abusive language used in the company. 4. There is no use of HR as they don't attend the employees' grievances at all. 5. Salary slips are not given in time. 6. The manager (aka the founder) is barely bothered about the issues that the employees are facing from the client-side. 7. Irregular and Long work hours ranging from 8-14 hours. Saturday and Sundays can be decided to be working at the last moment i.e. on Friday night. 8. **** BEWARE: The company doesn't like paperwork or even emails. They avoid it as much as possible ****. This way they can pretend to employ freshers, make them work for few weeks and then they are removed without any compensation. 9. The company doesn't have a good reputation from client side either. This is not due to employees but due to the ambitious but illogical and false claims made by the manager to the clients. Eg. Using postman to automate a website without taking any inputs from the developers regarding the APIs. 10. No job security. If an employee report to HR that they are being ill-treated, they can be immediately removed without any notice. 11. New candidates are selected, they are made to work for a few weeks, and then they are removed without compensation. The techniques that these candidates have used are then just absorbed in the company to potentially solve ongoing issues in the projects....Read More
