Very Bad company. Please don't go in this company you can't make career in this company. They need a police clearance certificate (PCC) for an Employment letter i have submitted my PCC in September my joining was in August but in the month of December 2022 They gave me my employment letter. If your are selected for BPM process.The Bpm manager ( Sujata chavan ) will fire you in next 3 month this things i have face in this company she behave like employees are dogs . Without informing the shift time is change. Without informing salary has changed every week they change the process and no proper training is provided in this company. 1. One of the WORST working place; bad management, and poor management skills of manager 2. No job security and benefits 3. Lots of politics within the organization 4. Favouritism, biased manager and characterless HOD 5. Poor complaint redressal mechanism 6. Termination of employees within the blink of eye.

The HR department keeps organising small events to cheer employees.

Dislikes

During my shity period of working here I saw 4 people getting terminated in the blink of an eye. There is no job security as such. People are expected to keep slogging for the salary provided.

Pros: 1. You will get a free hand on working all the technologies in the market but only all that are open-source 2. They will encourage you to do things that you have not done before 3. Very co-operative collegues 4. HR were very good with people and the interviwer were also good with undeerstanding. 5. All festivals are celebrated and montly birthday celebrations.

1. Long working hours 2. They have a HIPPA compliance because of which you have to keep your mobile phones outside the premisses 3. I have seen people to get fired instantly, if they don't allay with the management 4. I don't know why, but the lights are very dim. 5. There is lot going on due to politics between the patners within the Management
