I advise against joining Network Techlab, especially for freshers. Some employees there display unprofessional behavior and lack manners in how they interact with new candidates. The environment seems to be filled with politics, and despite promises during the interview by the Vice President of Division IMAC2 regarding training, I did not receive any training as promised.
