There is no job security. They are offering low salary and even low appraisal. If the process has been ended they will throw you out.

Friendly environment and flexibility to work from home

Too much office politics, no recognition, poor work life balance, rely more on client rather than own employee, extended working hours without any week offs, poor increments, fake and false intimations during hiring and many many more.
