Employee benefits policy are good. Lot of skill developmental programs to participate in.

Mangement is not serious about the Netmeds business as it is of very low value in reliance retail. No job security due to this. They will suddenly change decisions from time to time Strict working hours

Reliance Retail Limited is a reputed firm in the market. There you can conduct operations with all the strict SOPs and rules which is a nice culture. They also provide their employees all the medical benefits.

There is lots of work pressure in unethical way. Lots of politics from management and no criteria for promotions and increments in Healthcare Netmeds specially with Delhi management team.
