I don't like anything in Roance.Totally waste of time in Reliance there is no respect of your job. You have to pay for everything. Even if you give your 100% there is no respect for your job. In Reliance there is target based job for pharmacist. You have to do marketing job not for you but for the company. You have to find out self respect here in Reliance . Even after Resignation you have to survive for 90 days notice period . If you denied to survive for 90 days notice period you have to pay for those 90 days money. Please guys don't try to waste your time in Reliance . Thank you so much 🙏...Read More

There is no self respect in Reliance . You have to survive all your day and total in tension for sale . Even after completing your work time for a day. They asked you to give more time in store.

I have survive all my time in tension . There is a lots of pressure in Reliance for sale . They only thing they want from you is sale number . Even there is HR is not supporting. If you try to argument with them they will surely terminate you from job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
