Every year they change their business decisions and replace existing teams. 98% workforce is less than a year old even though the company is 10 years old. This shows that they love to hire new people every year and not retain and promote existing teams. This is also a tactic or cost saving as new freshers or less experienced professionals who work in less salary.

Toxic Work Environment. The HR runs a school. Rules changes as per their convenience. A heavy biased decision making, favourism, groupism. Immature decision makers in the operations management and very senior people reporting to them. Worst ever exit policy
