Job Description 4+ Years
Nashik , Maharashtra
Full Time On ground We are looking for a highly organized and driven Project Manager to lead our mobile and web app development projects. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications that align with client requirements and business goals.
Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and deliver app development projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings for Agile projects.
- Ensure all project documentation, including timelines, requirements, and reports, is up-to-date.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Monitor app development trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing app development projects (mobile and web).
- Strong understanding of app development processes and lifecycles.
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and team management.
- Technical knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and tools is a plus.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
