a project engineer

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

Some the pressure of work at site is so high and some time I work 16 to 16 hours .in Saudi Arabia almost the construction work well be at nigh time because at day time the temporature is more high.

My work is very hard because in Saudi Arabia the season at any time is very hot.and I work as a hot climate condition .as long I get the work closely with clients and it is good experience.
