Likes

The teammates are not at all helpful. The training provided was good however, not adequate to understand and serve the requirements. Zero job security though the policy is to never terminate employment. Salary is descent. The management is highly horrible as they recruit basis no knowledge of their own requirement.

Dislikes

Panel Manager responsibilities were not the same as mentioned in the job description. The company's work life balance is imbalanced as there is not fixed time fr one to go home and you spend about 16 hours working and not getting paid overtime.

Dislikes

team mates not helpful. no learning opportunities. HR, management recruitment is not efficient. no job security as they fire you any time. culture is said to be innovative and passionate but is not true as highly dumb people with no ambitions work her from ages.
