They provide late salary, around 3-4 month salary late. so its too struggle for a person who have responsibility. after changed the management salary was on time but the director is not belongs to education. he has zero knowledge about education field. he treated employees like a corporate employee, even they gave target and all that things which is not the work of any faculty. Distribution of leaflet outside the school is not the work of any teaching faculty. in corona they haven't paid any single money to employees....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
