So much politics for the rsm level management disgausting no job security tottaly worst company do not joined this company because company is not stable and did not having fund to the pay the salary to the employees during the covid 19 pendemic situation company not paying daily allowances even not pay salary. I will suggest you don't waste your golden time in this company.

The company has a good work life balance, so you can expect to be free from company or work calls once working hours are done. It's good for people who have attained good experience in their field to take up a job over here.

Dislikes

The company culture is not as supportive and employee friendly. There is alot of resistance to change experienced, and even if your at a higher level on the hierarchy acceptance of one's views is still unsure.

From work ex point of view it was quite good. You get to learn quite alot since it's a pharma domain. Besides the work ex everything about the company is within the range of poor to average.
