Work environment is very good. Freedom is given to everyone for their work. Managemet is very supportive and very knowledeble in all aspects. Overall a very good work culture. Increment and incentives were given during pandamic situation and comapny is always available for their emoloyess.

Learning dairy process and process automation

Dislikes

Too much work pressure, every time on site you have to work more than 12 hrs without compensation. Site allowance not is good, food allowance is not enough ( DA - 300 per day, Food allowance - 325 per day). No salary increment and incentive on time. Most important thing- they dont care about you and your family life, they force to travel site to site, site duration is 1,2,3 months.

No more salary hike once you get it at the time of entry time hike. No sense of How to treat people. One Hand Show of Senior Manager. You have to do Senior Manager work always.
