Work environment is very good. Freedom is given to everyone for their work. Managemet is very supportive and very knowledeble in all aspects. Overall a very good work culture. Increment and incentives were given during pandamic situation and comapny is always available for their emoloyess.

No proper allotment of work. Always get domination for Junior. Hide and seek in Allowances. Always sent on site still if it's not your duty/responsibility. No properly explained responsibilities. Lower class mentality of middle level management Every one is manager just pushing work to one another. You will always under observation of "CCTV". No sense of how to treat people.
