As a NOC engineer at Nelco, the only things I liked were the shift allowances. Also salary was very less but it always came on time and there was no delay.

At Nelco, who is a Service Provider, a department like NOC has zero respect. All the other departments are prioritised before NOC. Also I would recommend that please don't join for the post of L1 Engineer or Technical Assistant as they are made to do the most work but paid very less as compared to their hardwork. This is not a good company to work for they make you work 12 hrs a day no work life balance ,no opportunity for growth within company,low salary late appraisal, if you ask for a hike they ask you to leave the company
