If we are really involved the work we do then we can learn a lot from it. No one will be help us to get out of the struggle if so we should learn and get succeed on it. Neeyamo is great platform to learn.

Dislikes

The poor management and leads. They not think about that every employees has own life. And in neeyamo there is no assurance for your job even if you are a great employee or you work for 24*7. The effort is nothing to the management they just throw you like a trash paper.

I was very young when I started my career in Neeyamo. They suck all my works and treated us like nothing. Especially the managers of the team. They are all same devil minded. One final query about the HR team, in here HR doesn't work for employees but they works for managers and management itself. I was there for 3 years and i deeply regret that.

The internal job posting process in this company is quite good, and you have the opportunity to change departments after completing one year in your current role at Neeyamo if you wish to switch. However, this requires approval from your manager, which can be quite difficult. On a positive note, salaries are debited on time.

There is no Work From Home (WFH) policy in place, and mobile phones are not permitted for employees during working hours, which can make it difficult to attend to emergency calls from home. Additionally, the workload in the BGV department is quite high and often depends on the manager’s expectations.

There were significant drawbacks as well. - No Work Life Balance - Very Low Salary Despite the company’s good intentions, some detrimental individuals in high positions create a toxic work culture. While the leadership team is smart, kind and capable of recognising talent, the combination of low salaries and long working hours leaves employees demotivated and hampers their productivity.
