Salary was not upto the pressure that was handled or upto the work that was extracted. Employees need to have work life balance which the middle level mangers have to understand.(No overtime allowance or night allowance according to org policy) Concerns like these which are raised should be considered so the attrition can be minimized.

Neeyamo - Consider it if you want to get a taste of corporate. They are incredible with Marketing - Owing to the same (The outside world can't really make out how terrible the leadership is inside) - It's a perfect example of how a traditional corporate is thought of as It's full of non-sensical managers, terrible upper management, favouritism etc. Imagine all wrong things it's applicable here - You could figure this out clearly through their attrition rate - whooping 50%+ employees & 50%+ clients have also discontinued their connection with this company (the percentage is just an amount to give a perception of how wrong things are inside of the organization) -- I have a lot of grudge and had to vent it out. (Please check below two points) Nevertheless, the organization is now focusing on Payroll completely provided they make a good name in the space after a few yrs. Training - Almost Non-existent (It's after these 11 yrs they are trying to create a plan) Job Security - Guaranteed (No issues here) Career growth - Be ready to be in the same position for like ever (Only if you are in managers good books will you get promoted - the managers who judge your work by how good you treat them) Salary/Appraisal - It's a joke (I've served this organization with all my faith for 4 long years and they gave me a promotion after dropping my paper - only to keep salary the same - it's got me stranded with no place to get jobs in the market - since the recruiters laugh looking at my paycheck & think very hard before considering me) Travel - Non existent - Only if you are in Org's elite class do you get to travel (Not a dealbreaker though) Politics - Oh, ho ho ho (Don't even ask I could write an essay on this) Learning - Initially yes but then there's a full stop (Really good for folks to try out marketing) Work Environment - Only thing commendable here ( It's toxic but the folks you work around with on the floor make it tolerable) Innovation - They talk about it but it's not there since the folks from the management talking about it don't have an iota of idea about what this word means - nor do they encourage one's coming up with ideas (they don't say no, they speak all encouraging words but then never help the implementation) Work life balance - Okay (Not bad) If the management is even a bit considerate for the organization please work on the feedback. Neeyamo would need to work on financial growth of an employee, also the job roles to be defined for all individuals and should be adhered.

Working here in Neeyamo for past 2 years has enriched me with lot of learnings and many more to go. However I would still say that I don't see work life balance here which is fair enough in order to grow
