There is nothing to like here in the first place. No team outings if there are then they will ask for "contribution". No recognition, moreover, if you don't have work then all you need to do is look into the damn screen. You cannot talk in the bay. The managers are basically working as a "CCTV". They are two-faced people. They will ask you to apply for half day even if you have worked for 7 hours straight and if used the emergency room/medical room for 20 mins. And the HR sucks, the company policies are bound to change from bay to bay or manager to manager. They will be willing to increase your scope of work but would not be willing to increase your salary and if you ask them then they will treat you as someone who did some kind of treasury. There is strict WFO but if they want you then even if you are sick and they have no one to work they will give you WFH very easily but if you require because of your illness then they won't be giving it to you, double standard huh? The middle management sucks, a lot of people have left the project, but the upper management doesn't give a damn as the middle management is licking their boots for the past 10 years....Read More
