However, this requires approval from your manager, which can be quite difficult. On a positive note, salaries are debited on time.

There is no Work From Home (WFH) policy in place, and mobile phones are not permitted for employees during working hours, which can make it difficult to attend to emergency calls from home. There were significant drawbacks as well. - No Work Life Balance - Very Low Salary Despite the company’s good intentions, some detrimental individuals in high positions create a toxic work culture. While the leadership team is smart, kind and capable of recognising talent, the combination of low salaries and long working hours leaves employees demotivated and hampers their productivity.
