Office timing from 8:30-5, if not WFH, most probably you can leave at 5, and you have spare time at home. Teammates are supportive.

Management tries to show you transparancy but nothing like this. Salary is underpaid. No gaming area. Appraisal only depends on your manager and salary hike is also very less. For 1 lack hike in salary, may ne you have to wait for more than 3 years.
