When I joined NEC India as a trainee, I already knew it was a top IT company in the industry. But, what made it my employer of choice was the recognition it gave. My skills were put to use by the managers to increase the company's productivity. Awards were given for whatever I achieved for the company.

I wanted to join another team because I found the work monotonous. But I was told that I will have to continue for some time.

Since performance and merit count here, there is no room for partiality or bias. The company culture values transparency in all processes like assessments, project-based assignments, promotion, and appraisal. My trust in the company has only grown since i joined in 2021.
