compensation is innocent but growth is slow the work pressure is very I sometimes I have to work for 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night manager do not value and individual to individual unique strength which why I have to take that my suggestions most of the times I don't receive appreciation email from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals which is why I have to take back my suggestion master of the time I do receive appreciations UN from my clan but the mostly go and not storing my Media operations also there is no on the train for pressure and senior Fox like we have to them step-by-step which which a pain sometimes....Read More
