My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? It's all about your staff. Please make them sure that they are properly stebal with their work. motivat them.pls. and give them proper insentive make sure are they Happy if they Happy company will happily works around.

Misunderstandings between staff and maneger. H.R. and staff. Aldo maneger and Company H.R. with supervise comunication. Otherwise all is ok. Without sallery. think about it. Sorry And thankyou. My regret.
