The company culture is very bad there is no job security at all they can come and ask to leave. the management of KYC its bad i cant even specify them, worst team management i have ever seen my work experience.. lot of favoritism team leaders are worst there is no proper support or any help from any one.. there was Am or manager in floor never visited us say hello.... if need to survive in NAVI there is only one way polish team leader shoes or clean their shoes... when people disconnect the call management will move to other team give them good rating.. if senior person take 0 marks in call they hide that information support him... if will never split again in that place... people are forcefully working there sake of money work culture? its just corporate prison.. if someone is going to read this or not but this company is worst place to work.....Read More

This is s long list - Extremely toxic culture driven straight from the CEO who thinks himself to be above god, he is out there to abuse you, to demotivate you and disrespect you all in the name of work - His directs of all who remain (approx 8-9 have quit in the last 1 year) maybe because of they could not take it anymore, what remains is a group of boot lickers who would say yes CEO on anything - You would be insulted and humiliated even if its not your fault, be prepared to be on standby be it 10pm be it weekend or any leave - Unlimited leave is a policy but you need to beg your manager, function head or even the CEO depending upon the leaves/ WFH you want - This is a depressing place where everyone is only looking out for job, apart from the bootlickers - Stay away from this place and maintain sanity in your life...Read More

Compensation is the only good thing, and I would say, it is a trap.

You have to work 12-15 hours a day, and they call you at any time, in any situation if you do not pick they keep on calling. They say 5 days work but in actuality, 5 days work from the office 2 days work from home, cause you need to work on weekends also. 1.Worst management, you can be told to put down papers any time. Silent layoff keeps happening everyday. 2.No proper planning of any product, policies change daily. 3. Perception driven company 4. CEO don't know what's happening at ground level in home loan. People are giving wrong projections & figures to the CEO. 5. People are leaving because of one person. Everyone knows but still no action is taken by HR or CEO. 6. CEO should make surprise visits to builder places & take monthly or quartsurveysurvey from employees. 7. Model which the CEO wants is not being run, business is done from DSA & CP by giving more and more payouts and vouchers. 8. No proper business model to run. Need some experienced people from the Home loan industry. - Dictator in the name of CEO, Incompetent leadership who only like and promote bootlickers - No data security of customers, uses unethical ways of doing business - No job security, can kick you out even if you are performing well without any kind of warning - Laid off 200-220 employees after hiring them in last 6 months regardless of performance and did not pay any severance

Culture is bad, leaders are terrible and always build pressure, extremely biased and does not care solutions and efforts but how sweet you speak and become yes master irrespective of outcomes. No employee centricity and opportunity to grow but need to do lot of ego massage and keep others happy and whole focus will be on that

There is hardly any growth. Only if you are working under a somewhat humane manager you can expect recognition and promotion. Paying no attention to your personal life is highly encouraged. Loyalty and hard work are rewarded with you being replaced with newer and fresher model.
