Overall everything is good when it comes to Management decisions it always fixable and the targets also not upto the mark. Management should see how TL are cooperating with Executives. They should respect their team members.

Only thing which used to be good was company provided lunch, nowadays lunch food is terrible.

Dislikes

Wrong and illogical management decisions causing employee dissatisfaction and employees quitting. They used to give good incentives now they give very less incentive. No creativity or interesting decisions are taken to raise employee motivation. Boring monotonous work every day of the month. Also management is forcing to work on sundays or national holidays giving fake promises of double payout

BGV once done they shared me the offer letter again after 9 months they did the BGV and stated that your document are not acceptable Since still now I m not getting the proper job
