Salary is best in industry and office interiors are great! But these things cannot help us feel better in work place

Culture is bad, leaders are terrible and always build pressure, extremely biased and does not care solutions and efforts but how sweet you speak and become yes master irrespective of outcomes. No employee centricity and opportunity to grow but need to do lot of ego massage and keep others happy and whole focus will be on that

Great salary, free food. The intention and zeal to create something big is inspiring. It can be a great place to work but there are a lot of issues with the management and the people who work there, in general.

Company culture has taken a major hit in the last year. High-level office politics has made this place toxic. Over-hiring has been a major issue across the board, and that's why a lot of people were eventually fired. So, job security is also a concern at Navi.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
