Salary is best in industry and office interiors are great! But these things cannot help us feel better in work place

Culture is bad, leaders are terrible and always build pressure, extremely biased and does not care solutions and efforts but how sweet you speak and become yes master irrespective of outcomes. No employee centricity and opportunity to grow but need to do lot of ego massage and keep others happy and whole focus will be on that

No job security. People who don't have relevant qualifications are heading the department. HOD treats people basis their caste. Localities or people from South are given privileges which otherwise would not be available

Great salary, free food. The intention and zeal to create something big is inspiring. It can be a great place to work but there are a lot of issues with the management and the people who work there, in general.

Dislikes

Company culture has taken a major hit in the last year. High-level office politics has made this place toxic. Over-hiring has been a major issue across the board, and that's why a lot of people were eventually fired. So, job security is also a concern at Navi.

They offer good salaries at the time of joining and appraisals goes good for performers too.

1. Trust issues of senior management even after giving MORE THAN 100% 2. Job security- NO ONE KNOWS WHEN THEY WILL BE THROWN OUT 3. Non transparent culture 4. Lack of ground reality by senior staff

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
