Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. Nothing is good in this company. No scope for the Future. They only try to make profit, not trying to appreciate to employees and workers, when the workers are contributing more effort. There have not promoting the worker who gives best efforts and contribution, they only promote and join new and reefered petition in the plant. Nepotism is on pic.

Only 2 types employees can survive hear 1- Who have reference of higher pertion. 2- Who is belongs from Andhra Prades. The VP of the odisha unit is just a little mad. No one can join the company on his own abilities, performance and talent. To join this group you have to make connection with higher person in the company.
