Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Nothing is good in this company. No scope for the Future. They only try to make profit, not trying to appreciate to employees and workers, when the workers are contributing more effort. There have not promoting the worker who gives best efforts and contribution, they only promote and join new and reefered petition in the plant. Nepotism is on pic.

Only 2 types employees can survive hear 1- Who have reference of higher pertion. 2- Who is belongs from Andhra Prades. The VP of the odisha unit is just a little mad. No one can join the company on his own abilities, performance and talent. To join this group you have to make connection with higher person in the company.
