There are many pros of working here: ● Fast-track career advancement in both IT & Non-IT fields. ● Comprehensive medical coverage, term plan and loan facilities for employees. ● Healthy work-life balance with in-house access to gym and we also have dietician for consultation.

Dislikes

● Have to work long hours sometimes, mostly Jan-April.

Working here comes with great benefits. We receive flexibility, plenty of facilities, and various incentives. There is no significant work pressure and everything feels well-balanced. Plus, having a gym on campus is super convenient and time-saving.

Been here for three years and so far my journey has been wonderful. The work culture is open, stress-free, and transparent with fair incentives and appraisals given. We also get additional comp-offs on non-working days and cab facilities which is a huge relief.
