Company has no policy, discriminations on the basis of degrees, Cast & Surname. - No discussion for anything. - No training’s and Knowledge sharing in the context of work or internal tools. - No ethics followed. - Not welcoming for any new ideas. - Even startups has ESOP Policy and here no such policy. - Always announces things on the basis of competitors, like annual and Joining bonuses. - Right time of leaving is a serious crime in organisation. - Expected shift timings are 9hrs however Management insist people to give a coverage of whole night in month ends and no liberty to late login due to late night stretch. - Saturday Sunday login and no compensation for extra logins. - No Indian holidays or Client holidays followed....Read More

Appraisal is gud but only for thode who are close to senior level manager or president nd management is very poor for the night RTA department.

Dislikes

Lot of politics inside company for appraisals only people with connections on senior leve gets the better appraisal and however employees who are working really gud but didnt involve with senior leader didn't get recognised at all.
