Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the Management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the begging as there was no formal training session. I Iearnt everything on the job. I got a taste of different roles within the same team.

Nothing, everything here is ridiculous and nonsense. Nothing at this company is good. Very poor. Don't destroy the future of young MBA aspirants who joins in as freshers. People look upon you to get a job and you do this with the employees working for you. Such an irony Naukri.

what the hell, you people said Saturday Sunday off while hiring. After joining are you kidding me by saying quarter ends and days when manager feel like working are working Saturday? What about work life balance. Total nonsense from brand like naukri.com. I will never recommend Naukri to anybody. I am leaving this organization. Fraud organization it is.

Good with salary package if you are a fresher and the salary comes on time including incentives as well. Compared to other sale process it is somewhat easier.

Dislikes

The work culture is very frustrating and can go toxic as well, the shift starts at 9:30am but the log out time can go to 9:00pm as well which can happen thrice a week as it is very normal to managers. It's 6 days working but at multiple ocassions you have to work on Sunday depending how your target is going as well as keeping in mind about the team timing. Work life balance is literally not considered over here as managers themselves do not logout before 8-9pm, there will be no scope to growth in the coming future as even tho you are doing great with your you still have to stay to help out the team everyday, when will other people have time to upskill themselves, if you want to dedicate your life to telecalling prolly this is the best place....Read More

This company does not even deserve 1 star unrealistic targets and no work life balance no WFH policy and strict timings even if you leave 1 min early your manager will create a issue out of that nothing to learn and nothing to grow its better to stay jobless rather than joining this company. For taking sick leave also they will ask you 100 questions.

Worst management, no specific criteria or scorecard to judge individuals performance and extreme politics. Not at all recommended for freshers. Managers will hit the lowest to show how unworthy and incapable you are. Will never suggest any of my known to join here. They will give you literally 50Rs hike at the time of appraisal and justify that by saying , company is in loss. Never ever join here, specially in operations profile. Naukri is a brand value and they really provide good service to their clients, so it will be easy for someone to work who is passionate about their work in sales

Few of the managers are not good there. They take everything personal. They do gossip about you and they will judge you. They give target as per your calibre they don’t see that everyone is getting 8-9 hours only. If you achieve your target they will increase your target in the next quarter. There is too much pressure towards targets. If you are living away from your hometown it will be tough for you to manage work life balance.
