Average Hike in SaaS sales?

Hey, I’ve been working with an organization for more than 3 years(overall experience - 7+ years) and the appraisals have been around 15%. My current package is around 21L(Fixed + Incentives). The learning was immense at every stage and the acceptance was there in the market for this product .

Dislikes

The compensation was very low compared to all other companies . There was no scope during appraisals either . Everytime the top management took the chunk and lot of favoritism played a part during Appraisals . Ratings were given without discussing the same with us . Appraisals were intentionally made a hype to cover up for no hikes . No job rotation for 7 years . I started with cold calling and left the company doing cold calling .This was one of the reasons for leaving the company ofcourse better salary opportunities in other companies ....Read More

Unpredictable Situations. Communication Gap with management. No strategy by management. Most unfaithful and unhealthy work culture. Forced to work 12 hour for 6 days and Sundays for computer work.
