RBS has a great work life balance. I really miss the wonderful environment they provide us. It has job security and especially for working women it's a great place with security and finally it's like a family workplace.

Good and healthy competition with in team, good carrier start, job security is also good, excellent WLB, about politics is now everywhere. Please be aware from few people on 2 nd floor at shastri park building, As they had form some community and they are the one who makes the companies environment polluted because of politics. Even they pretend to be very nice on your face but they do every possible think and even spread wrong information about you with every other manager.
