Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Company is led by young people which is very good, everyone here is enthusiastic. No politics involved. Complete work life balance.

Dislikes

Appraisals are on time but not satisfactory. Growth is very slow. Product innovation is missing. Scheduling and planing is micromanaged which delays the process.
