Newly introduced online core Insurance(EASI) is not employees/customers friendly. Centralised system & so many stepping of authority.

Poor management decisions, poor underwriting computer programmes, no on spot claim settlement method, less staff training programmes.

My teammates were nice, training for learning of work was not good job security was there, carrier growth depends on learning of work.
