Since it was a contractual job , hence there was no job security and the staff is underpaid with hardly any revisions in the salary. Policies are not at all worker friendly.

Working at NIEPA made me realise how the projects head can actually manipulate you into doing extra work leaving the staff exposed to vulnerable situations and always being underpaid. The overall administration is extremely poor. The process of selection might appear fair but there are cases where informal interviews with the staffs acquaintances is conducted to get them enrolled. There is hardly any scope for personal growth both in terms of knowledge and monetarily.
