Nathani is one of the worst companies I have ever worked. (It's a lala company - family oriented) None of the new employees are happy to work with this company. They will work you to death. Every single day employees are harassed by old employees (everyone) but no one takes action to prevent such harassment.(not event the CEO and his son) They don't even send your offer letters we have to ask and for that also they will shout at us and show us they are great, after that they will provide us the offer letter.. That also after 3-4 months. There are not so old employees named zahra and komal, they will torture you with unwanted work, will talk behind you, and portray you as bad employee even though your learning very fast and cooperating with them. They want some one who is under them and say yes to every bad talk and gossips about other employees, they also have chamchas. If the employees are late from the lunch for 5 mins the HR or Account person (no one knows who he is) will create a drama. He is also very partial towards new employees. And zahra teaches others to come on time when she never comes on time, she will come after 11:30-12:00 when the office timing is 10:00.then the so called HR don't say anything. komal always demotivate the new employee and every one has problems with her and she will try to find fault purposely in your work even everything is perfect + she indeed doesn't know anything. And she will do partiality between old and new employees. She gives all the burden to the new employees on the 1st day..she doesn't care even if you are crying or sick. And there is an another person prakash who doesn't do anything he only play with his phone, gossip most of the time and sleep in office hours. If your a new employee they will talk about you and mentally torture you to leave the firm. They even created an issue for my documents when I have completed my notice period. Initially they told me they will give everything with my salary within a week but they dragged it to 2 months. And they also promised me they will raise my salary after 3 months which never happened after speaking with the CEO and his Son. Nathani is a jail, you're not allowed to go anywhere even for lunch. People are lifeless, it's my humble request please don't join nathani. And if you think you will get to learn trust me you won't! you will get only depression....Read More
