I no more work for this Institution as there are too many drawbacks. No its not at all a healthy place to work, neither career wise or health wise.

Worst experience working with this organisation. I don't want to defame but the working environment and work culture both are pathetic. There's no specific working hours, forcing the teachers to work for 10 to 12 hours or more. Neither good salary nor increments. Over burden of work. Teachers are forced to do admissions and targets are set, non fulfilling the targets you will be threatened to get sacked at any point even if you are one of the best performing teachers. They only specify on their syllabus and neglect other vital subjects and cbse norms. And the major part is, if you want to leave the organisation then they wont give you the last months salary even if you have served the notice period....Read More
