There is room for improvement in terms of compensation to align with the levels of expertise and contribution of employees. Company Culture: While the firm culture is generally positive, there were instances where decision seemed to be driven by one individual rather than a collective approach. There is nothing to be liked here, its just a company that tries to be the best or be in top 10 consultancy firm but in reality it is just a third class company with terrible management.

Work hours are very inconvenient, they think they have purchased or basically bought their employees, they make them do work like donkeys in a jungle , there is no support, no appreciation for any work you do, there is complete frustrating peoples working on stealing credits, especially risk advisory sector is the worst here, trust me guys you deserve better.
