No any one go to work with Nalanda because no health insurance,no security about your accident,no PF generated, No Facilities available, salary not on Time it's to late sometime it's pay in 3 months.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
