Don't Work in Kolhapur Region, Maharashtra. Regional Manager & Cluster Manager every time force to staff for working in holiday. They are force for work late night. Other wise they are force for resignation. Very third class language using for staff. Humanity not available. HR Not Supported. In current year total 7 Branch Manager, 5 ABM & 9 to 10 Field Staff resigned.

For same grade employee different salary structure offered by NABFINS. In some region of Maharashtra there is Lot of Politics. Internal growth is slow.
